Sinead Read has a degree in Geography from Oxford University and spent many successful years working at Royal Dutch Shell, in the UK and abroad.  Following this she worked at the charity Wellbeing of Women and has taken on projects for them and other charities in major donor fundraising.  She is a member of the events committee at the Natural History Museum and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Arts at The Courtauld Institute of Art.  

She is a mother of two children and has experience of employing several nannies over the years, all of whom came from non-traditional backgrounds.  Sinead can offer a parental perspective of the challenges faced when employing someone to look after your own children.
